Usage info

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/430°F/Gas Mark 7. Place on a baking tray and cook for 20-22 minutes. Frying: Pre-heat oil to 180°C/350°F and deep fry (flat side up) for 9 minutes. Drain well before serving.
