Founded in 1988 by a former restaurateur, JJ was built on the belief that suppliers should make life easier for customers.

That principle continues to guide us. With 14 branches nationwide, more than 4,000 products and over four decades of experience, we’ve become a trusted partner to the UK foodservice industry.

Who We Serve

We work with a broad range of customers – from independent restaurants and takeaways to national chains, coffee shops, schools and mobile caterers. Many households shop with us too, benefiting from competitive pricing and quality products.

Our nationwide branch network, including four branches in London, gives customers strong availability, local support and convenience.

How We Work

Ordering from JJ is flexible and straightforward. Customers can shop online, through our app, in‑branch, by phone or using our self‑service kiosks.

We offer same‑day collection and next‑day delivery, supported by a fleet of multi‑temperature vehicles that ensure all products arrive in perfect condition.

With around 80% of orders placed digitally, our technology makes ordering fast, accurate and friction‑free, including real‑time delivery tracking and dependable ETAs.

Our Products and Partners

Quality is central to everything we do. More than 40% of our range is own brand, designed for consistency, performance and value. Products are tested and cooked in our JJ Commercial Kitchen to ensure they meet real-world standards. We also work with over 400 suppliers, including many leading global brands.
