Usage info

DEEP FRIED: Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan or pot to a temperature between170° and 190°. Carefully place the uncooked chips in the hot oil, ensuring they fully submerged. Fry the chips until they turn light brown and expand to several times largerthan their original size. ROAST IN MICROWAVE: Place the uncooked chips in a microwave-safe dish. Set the microwave toa power level between 600 and 1000 watts. Microwave the chips for approximately 40 to 60 seconds, or until they are roasted to your desired level of crispness. SOUP COOKING: bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the chips to the boiling water and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. These can be added to soups, with a suggestive serving of 100g boiled chips to 400ml of soup. Enhance the soup by adding meat, shrimp, cuttlefish, shallot, beam sprouts and your favourite spices. Allow the chips to cook in the soup mixture, absorbing the flavors and becoming tender.
