Fruity plum sauce, made from preserved, salted Chinese plums, ginger and chillies, simmered with sugar. An excellent dipping sauce for roast duck and appetisers, or as a glaze for roast meats, in stir-fries, salad dressings and in desserts. Each case contains 12 x 397g jars of sauce.
