Usage info

Leave pudding in pot and place pastry side down on a plate. Heat on full power for 2½-3 mins (1000W). Turn pudding pastry side up, put 1 tblsp water on top of pastry and heat for a further 2-3 mins. Allow to rest for 2- 3 mins, then place pot upside down on a plate and gently ease pot off pudding - you may need to use a blunt knife along inside of pot to help release pudding. Stand pudding and pot in a shallow dish containing boiling water. Cover with foil and cook in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 4/180ºC/350ºF for 60 mins. If defrosted, cook for 40 mins. To steam - place pudding and pot over boiling water for 1hr 15 mins. If defrosted, place over boiling water for 45 mins. Ensure Pudding is piping hot throughout before serving.
