Usage info

Defrost instructions: Place the mussels on a covered tray or in a sealed bag in the fridge for 5-8 hours. Cooking Instructions: Oven bake: Bake at 160oC/320oF for 5-7 minutes. BBQ: Cook on the BBQ or grill for 2-5 minutes. Boil: Steam in a pot with a tight lid for 2-3 minutes.
