Usage info

Sephra Vegan Waffle and Pancake Mix offers a convenient baking solution—just add water to create delectable waffles and American style fluffy pancakes. Premix 1000g - Water 825g. Add Premix to the bowl. Add water over 1minute on slow speed. Scrape down. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Immediately after mixing, deposit desired amount into the waffle maker. Set the waffle maker at 200°C and bake for 1 - 1.5 minutes or until golden brown. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual bakery conditions. Suitability for Vegans is based on ingredients list and does not take into account possible cross contact during production.
