Usage info

The product must be consumed after prior heat treatment above 70°C in a rotary oven. This is not a ready-to-eat product. The product must be fully cooked, reaching a minimum of 70°C at its core. Once thawed, consume within 48 hours, keeping refrigerated ( <4°C). The product must not be thawed, partially cooked, and refrozen, Should not be consumed without being fully cooked.
