Usage info

Cook from frozen on a suitable motorised kebab grill. Cook the first layer slowly for 20-30 mins or until a golden-brown colour. Slice thin strips from top to bottom. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked on the inner side of the slice. Repeat process for each layer. The kebab should be cooked and sliced within one day. Store any unused slices in a fridge/freezer, use within 24 hours and reheat to a core temperature of 75°C before serving. Caution: This product contains raw meat. Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
