rice flour, trehalose*, double cream (milk), skimmed milk powder, fat reduced cocoa powder, tapioca starch, salt, emulsifier (mono and
diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (guar gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gum, carrageenan), soya.

Usage info

Food Service 6 pack: Remove from freezer, defrost in a refrigerator and serve chilled. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 days. Once defrosted do not refreeze. Chilled retail sale (2-pack only) handling instructions from frozen: Remove required amount from outer case. Defrost in refrigerator and keep refrigerated. Shelf life once defrosted 6 days maximum. Ensure a defrosted use-by-date is applied to each pack for chilled consumer sale. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
