Usage info

Cook from frozen or defrosted. Deep fry: Preheat the oil to 180°C. Fry small quantities at a time for 4-5 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and serve. Always check that the food is piping hot before serving. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C (fan assisted) / Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 18-20 minutes. Ensure this product is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before consuming. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain
