Each 90g croissant is ready to bake — defrost at room temperature for around 30-45 minutes, bake as directed, then cool for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Ideal for breakfast menus, filled croissant sandwiches, and desserts. Each box contains 50 croissants.
