Usage info

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: To uptemper, remove from case & stack 2 UNOPENED packs high in the refrigerator. Uptemper to 5°C. Bring to ambient temperature 1 hour before use. Prior to opening, fold packs back and forth gently to aid separation. Once opened, reseal pack, refrigerate and use within 7 days.
