Usage info

Oven cook: Pre-heat oven to 220˚C. Place on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 15- 20 minutes. Grill: Grill for 8-10 minutes at medium to high setting until golden brown, turning occasionally during grilling. Deep fry: Pre-heat oil to 180˚C and fry for 6-8 minutes. Drain well before serving
