Usage info

Cook from frozen using your preferred method. In a frying pan, cook over medium heat for 5–6 minutes. On a grill, cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes. In the oven, cook at 200°C for 7 minutes. In an air fryer, cook for 4–5 minutes. Alternatively, microwave (800W) for 4–5 minutes. Cook thoroughly before serving and ensure the product reaches a minimum core temperature of 70°C. It can be cooked with or without oil depending on preference. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
