A zesty, sweet blend of mango with a twist of lime. Perfect for seasoning chicken, without the spicy flavour. Simply mix the flavouring with water and oil, until it becomes a sauce, then apply to the chicken. Cook on the grill, or leave to marinate for a more intense flavour. Alternatively, serve on the side of dishes for customers to dip or pour over food.

Usage info

Cooking/usage instructions: Make basting sauce according to following ratios from the powdered mango and lime sauce. 100 g powder + 100 g oil + 200 g cold water, use a hand blender to mix and ensure that all the ingredients are blended into a smooth sauce. Add 25 g extra powder if a thicker sauce is required. Grill the steamed chicken to get grill marks and then apply basting sauce generously on both sides of grilled chicken and let the water evaporate from the chicken on the grill. Try not to burn sauce on the grill.
