Congratulations to our Employee of the Month winner, Joseph Dillman, Customer Service Delivery Driver from our Leicester branch.
Joseph was nominated by his branch manager for going out of his way to deliver goods to a customer, despite a serious accident, which caused road closures and route restrictions.
Determined not to let his customer down, Joseph spent nearly two hours in traffic to complete the drop. Despite trying his best, the delivery could not be made, so still smiling, Joseph came to work on the weekend to get the products delivered.
This was a tremendous demonstration of positive attitude and superb customer service.
