Driving Change: Meet the Young Leader Transforming JJ’s Delivery Operations

At just 25, Praveena Premchand, Delivery Supervisor at JJ Foodservice Enfield, is already making waves in the wholesale sector.

Praveena joined JJ less than a year ago as a Delivery Administrator and quickly rose to Supervisor, now leading a team of 40 drivers and helpers. Her journey began in sustainable transport, and she’s brought that passion into wholesale, delivering real change from day one.

One of her standout achievements is creating JJ’s first-ever Delivery Admin Manual, a comprehensive guide that has boosted driver performance and wellbeing.

Since its launch, driver satisfaction scores have soared, with 100% of surveyed drivers rating Praveena 8–10 for support.

As the first female in JJ’s transport office, Praveena has helped reshape the culture, bringing positivity, professionalism, and a fresh perspective to a traditionally male-dominated space.
