Lightning-Fast Customer Support
Hari has been at the forefront of new processes that have helped to dramatically improve service and sales. Last year, in a game-changing move, he revolutionised his branch’s approach to customer service by decentralising calls to the Sidcup branch.
Understanding the time constraints of busy restaurant customers, Hari and his team have developed strong relationships and extensive knowledge to efficiently resolve issues.
With just a quick phone call, customers can have their concerns addressed promptly. This strategy has enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlined operations.
“Hari's exceptional potential and impressive skills were evident from the moment he walked into the interview room,” said Lukasz Niedzwiedziuk, Delivery Manager for Sidcup.
“His unwavering commitment and tireless work ethic have propelled him to get this fantastic promotion. I firmly believe that this is just the beginning of Hari’s exciting journey.”

Happy Anniversaries at Sidcup
Hari also was responsible for starting an Anniversary Scheme for staff. “Showing our colleagues that we value them, and care goes a long way,” he says. “It makes a whole world of difference – we give certificates to everyone that’s celebrating a landmark anniversary and we proudly share it across social media and our internal newsletter,” he added.
Keen to support the local community, Hari was one of the first volunteers to support JJ’s partnership with food re-distribution charity Felix Project. Spending the day working in the local warehouse, Hari worked hard to unpack, sort and re-distribute food parcels to vulnerable communities.

Joanna Florczak, Head of HR at JJ Foodservice said, “Hari started employment with us as an intern and has proven himself to be a capable and effective member of the JJ Family.
