JJ to Give 5% of all Profits with Employees in New Profit-Sharing Initiative

We are introducing a discretionary Profit-Sharing Scheme to give employees 5% of net profit (before tax) for the financial year. The initiative will start from April 2022.
Joanna Florczak, HR Manager at JJ, said, “The contribution and dedication of our employees, particularly during COVID, has been incredible.”
“We want each and every member of the JJ family to share in the company’s success and see themselves as part of our future,” she added.
