Fish and Chip Shops – We are still here for you 🐟

This morning we announced that we are still supporting fish and chip shop customers that are running a safe delivery or collection service.
Categorised as an ‘essential key worker’ our business has pledged its support, following the closure of other key fish and seafood suppliers.
JJ sells a wide range of fish and chip essentials including Norwegian IQF Cod
Sezer Ozkul, Chief Product Officer for JJ Foodservice said, “This is an unprecedented situation for everyone involved. We would like to assure the industry that our team are still operating day and night, 24/7 to support the shops that are providing a safe delivery or collection service.”
To support shops to operate safely, JJ is waiving the start-up costs of its restaurant website service, which will enable takeaways to take orders in advance for collection or delivery.
JJ is the sister company of restaurant website builder FOODit.
“It is critical that takeaways adhere to the government guidelines of having a pre-ordering system in place, helping to provide meals safely to vulnerable people who may not be able to leave their homes,” said Sezer.
