Although every care has been made to remove bones, due to the nature of the product some may remain.

Usage info

Defrost before use. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Oven temperature should not exceed 95°C if reheating in the bag. Steam: Place bag on a steamer tray and heat in a steam oven at 95°C for 35 – 40 minutes. Microwave: decant into a suitable container and heat on full power for 4 – 4½ minutes, stirring halfway through. These are guidelines only, always check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
