Usage info

Oven cook from frozen in a covered baking tray with a small amount of water for 30-35minutes (Gas 4/180°C/350°F; less for convection ovens) removing the lid 10 minutes before the end of cooking. For best results cook covered in gravy or a sauce. Alternatively, steam cook fom frozen in a covered baking tray fro around 20-25 minutes. Check product is sround 75°C before serving. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out. CAUTION: Although care has been taken to remove all bones, some bones may remain.
