Skin-on and boneless fresh sea bream fillets, pre-portioned for consistent portion control and minimising waste. Mild in flavour, slightly sweeter than sea bass, with a small flaking texture. Bring out the best flavours of the fish with dill, fennel and lemon. Great for pan-frying, oven baking or on the barbecue. Serve with sauteed potatoes, a tomato and herb salsa, or in an aromatic curry. Each fillet weighs between 170g-225g; six sea bream fillets per vacuum pack. Minimum order 2 packs.
