Usage info

How to Thaw: Once thawed, eat as soon as possible. Thaw for 4-5 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Microwave defrosting times at low power are 5-6 min per portion turn once during defrosting. Deep Fat Fary: Thaw as above. Lower portions (two at a time) into hot deep fat at 325°F/170°C. Cook for 8 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and serve. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Grill: Thaw as above. Grill under high heat for 15 minutes , turning once during heating. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Roast: thaw as above. Pre heat oven to 425°F/220°C. Gas mark 6. Place portions in a roasting tray for 25-30 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Microwave: Thaw as above. To re-heat allow 5-6 minutes on high power. Turn once during heating. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
