Before consumption this product has to be prepared according to cooking instruction. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. For best results cook from defrosted. When cooking from frozen amend cooking times accordingly. Deep Fry: From defrost: 3-5 minutes at 180 °C From frozen: 5-6 minutes at 180 °C Oven: From defrost: 12-17 minutes at 200 °C (Fan oven: 180 °C/ Gasmark 6) From frozen: 12-17 minutes at 200 °C (Fan oven: 180 °C/ Gasmark 6)
