Usage info

To cook from defrosted, reduce cooking time by approximately 3 minutes. GRILL: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Lightly baste product on both sides. Place on grill rack and cook for approximately 15 min turning frequently. GRIDDLE: Place product on hot griddle and cook for approximately 14-15 min turning frequently. OVEN: Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6. Place product on lightly oiled baking tray and cook for 25-30 min, turning occasionally. Ensure product is fully cooked.
