Usage info

Reheat from frozen. For best results, please heat pies in a conventional oven or pie heater rather than using a microwave. L eave the pie in its foil container. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for: For a p re heated Fan Ass isted Oven /Gas 1. Heating from Frozen 40 minutes at 160°C (Gas Mark 4). 2. Heating after thawing out overnight in fridge 20 minutes at 170°C (Gas Mark 5). Adjust the times according to your particular oven as conventional ovens may take longer to h eat the product than fan assisted ovens. For warming in a pre heated ‘Pukka Pies’ heater: 1. From frozen 1½ hour on full. 2. After thawing in a fridge overnight - 1¼ hour on full. These are only guidelines as appliances may vary. Always check that food is pip ing hot throughout before serving. It is good practice to initially heat this product to a minimum core temperature of 75°C. Pies that are served hot or held hot must be maintained at or above 65°C.
