Usage info

Microwave: (1400W) From frozen: Remove outer packaging. Place omelette on a microwavable plate, heat for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Oven:From frozen: Remove outer packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C/200°C/Gas Mark 5. Wrap omelette in a lightly greased foil parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30 mins.
