Usage info

Microwave: (1400W) From frozen: Remove outer packaging. Place omelette on a microwaveable plate, heat for 1 minute. Oven: From frozen: Remove outer packaging. Preheat oven to 190°C/200°C/Gas Mark 5. Wrap muffin omelette in lightly greased foil parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 15 mins.
