Usage info

Defrost for a minimum 24 hours before use. ideally place in the fridge at the end of day 1 for use day 3. Oven: Remove all packaging, place on a suitable tray with a small amount of water in a pre heated oven. the water prevents the portion sticking to the tray. Cook for 13-15 minutes in a fan oven, 16-20 minutes in an electric oven and 15-20 minutes in a gas oven. Use an electronic food probe to check that temperature of 75C is achieved. This product is a high care product and can be defrosted and eaten cold.
