Oven: From defrost - preheat oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 and place on a baking tray, heat for 5 minutes. Other cooking or serving instrucion:Defrost for 2-3 hours in a fridge. Once defrosted, can be toasted for 90 seconds, on medium heat. Use within 48 hours of defrosting and do not refreeze once defrosted
