Usage info

Pre-heat oven & baking tray to 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7. Pierc film around Quorn Roast, but do not remove, leaving metal end clips in place. Place Quorn Roast on the baking tray & cook for 45-50 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes, remove outer film & metal end clips, carve & serve. Reduce cooking time by 5 minutes for fan assisted ovens.
