Usage info

Oven: Defrost for a minimum of 24 hours. Ideally place in the fridge at the end of Day 1 for use Day 3. Remove all packaging. Place on a suitable lidded tray, with a small amount of cold water and cook in a pre heated oven. The water prevents the portion from sticking to the tray, Fan oven 180C for 13-15 minutes. Electric 200C for 15-20 minutes. Gas gas mark 6 for 15-20 minute Using an electronic probe ensure a core temperature of 75C is achieved. This product is produced as a ' High Care' product and can be defrosted and eaten cold.
