Cook from Frozen. Oven cook: Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 220˚C./200C Fan /Gas Mark 7. Place fishcakes on a preheated baking tray in the center of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled
