Usage info

This product is fully cooked so can be defrosted in a fridge and eaten cold. Once defrosted, keep chilled at 8°C or less and use within 48 hours. For best results, if cooking from frozen, place on a lined baking tray, cover and bake for 18-22 minutes (Gas 4/180°C/350°F; less for convection ovens). Alternatively, steam cook from frozen at 130°C for 9-11 minutes. Check product is a minimum of 75°C (or to national standards) before serving. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
