Shredded strips of Thai bamboo shoots, cut from a tropical, oriental bamboo plant. Light yellow in colour, with a unique flavour and crisp texture. Canned in water to preserve their quality. Popular in stir-fry dishes, Thai curries and soups. Simply drain and rinse under cold water, then add to your dishes a few minutes before end of cooking.
