Usage info

Defrost burgers before use. Remove all Packaging. Place burgers on a sheet tray in a single layer and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Burgers will be pink and soft when thawed. Use within 3 days. Do Not refreeze once thawed. Cook from refrigerated. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. GRILL/BARBECUE: Pre-heat grill to medium-high to high heat and cook for 3½ - 4 minutes per side. PAN FRY: Pre-heat pan to medium-high to high heat and cook for 3½ - 4 minutes per side. The inside of the burger may still be pink when fully cooked. Burger is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Interior of the burger may still be pink when fully cooked.
