Usage info

Can be cooked many ways: Suggestions: 1) Cut into 5mm slices, cover in seasoned flour. Pre heat oil in a pan then add the courgettes, turn frequently and remove when golden brown. 2) Cut in half long ways and scoop out the seeds then fill it with a filling of your choice such as rice and peppers. Cover, then oven bake for 30-40mins.
