Ground garlic powder with its fine particle size, creamy-beige colour and sweet, pungent garlic flavour is a convenient alternative to fresh garlic. Stir into creamy mayonnaise with a grind of sea salt and black pepper to serve with chunky potato wedges & char grilled meats. Toss colourful Mediterranean vegetables with olive oil, Garlic Powder, Rosemary and black pepper before roasing. Melt with butter, sage and parmesan cheese to add richness to crushed new potatoes, creamy butter or fresh egg pasta. 1tsp=approx 1 large clove
