Authentic red curry paste. The most common curry dish served in Thailand. This paste is made up of dried red chilies, garlic, lemongrass, shallots, kaffir lime peel, galangal and shrimp paste. Simply mix this paste with coconut milk, palm sugar and fish sauce, then add to beef, chicken, pork, fish or vegetables.
