For the Best Results: Cook From Frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Oven: For best results brush or spray with oil prior to cooking. pre-heat oven to 240°c, 475°F,Gas mark 9. place potato longboats on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20mins until crisp and golden. Fry: deep fry for 4 minutes at 180°C until crisp and golden.
