Usage info

Our pollock fillets are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Oven bake - product to be cooked in a foil parcel 23 mins to oven bake - 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 • Pre-heat the oven. • Remove all packaging and wrap the pollock in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. • Place parcel on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 23 minutes (fan 23 minutes). Poach 10 mins to poach • Remove all packaging. • Place pollock into a suitably sized pan. • Cover with milk or water and bring to the boil, then reduce to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
