A tongue-tingling blend of citrus freshness, with the heat of chilli. Perfect for seasoning chicken with a kick of flavour and heat. Simply mix the flavouring with water and oil, until it becomes a sauce, then apply to the chicken. Cook on the grill, or leave to marinate for a more intense flavour. Alternatively, serve on the side of dishes for customers to dip or pour over food.

Usage info

Make basting sauce according to following ratios: 100 g powder + 100 g oil + 200 g cold water, use a hand blender to mix and ensure that all the ingredients are blended in to a smooth sauce. Add 25 g extra powder if a thicker sauce is required. This sauce is suitable for dipping, pouring and cooking. For the best cooking experience, grill the steamed chicken to get grill marks and then apply basting sauce generously on both sides of grilled chicken and let the water evaporate from the chicken on the grill. Try not to burn sauce on the grill. Serve the chicken on plate and generously coat with basting sauce before presenting.
