Usage info

We recomment 700mls of cold water to each 500g of normal Batter Mix. Normal batter mix can be made up and used immediately. No other ingredients should be added to this mix. Use a fairly thin batter at "Hot" pan temperatures. Suitable for coarting fresh fish or frozen fish or meat proportions etc.
