DEEP FRY FROM CHILLED - Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Deep Fry in hot oil at a temperature of 175°C – 180°C for 5 minutes. OVEN BAKE FROM FROZEN - Pre – heat the oven to 200°C /Gas mark 6. Place chicken on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 45 - 50 minutes OVEN BAKE FROM CHILLED - Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Pre – heat the oven to 200°C /Gas mark 6. Place chicken on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 30 minutes. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Check food is piping hot before serving.
