Usage info

Cook on a suitable motorised doner machine (the burners are equal to or longer than the doner being cooked). Ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked and achieves +75°C. Slice thin strips from top to bottom and store at +63°C. If further cooking is required use an alternative method (e.g. griddle or pan) to achieve +75°C.
