At JJ Foodservice, we stock an extensive range of pizza doughballs for every need. These Kara 12" Large Deep Crust Pizza Doughballs are the perfect option, working out at only £1.11 each! They're frozen, so you can simply just defrost what you need, and keep the rest in the freezer for a later date. Plus, there's 20 in the box so they'll keep you going for quite a while.
Top with some tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese or pre-grated cheddar, and our range of pizza toppings including fresh vegetables, halal pepperoni, ham stamps, chicken dices and much more!
Bake in a 200°C pre-heated oven, on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.
Creepy Snack Platter
We all know that when the kids are at home, they demand snacks! Why not get them in the Halloween spirit with our spooky snack platter, featuring mummified pizza toast, scary sausage fingers, and eerie eyeballs.
Mummified Pizza Toast
  • Take a piece of bread or pitta bread and cut it into your desired shape
  • Spread over some tomato puree, then layer over some slices of cheese to create the mummy effect
  • Top with slices of black olives for the eyes, and there you have it
A quick, easy snack that will give the kids a little fright!
Scary Sausage Fingers
  • Take a hot dog sausage and cut some slits for finger creases and fingernail beds
  • Add a piece of cheese to create the effect of a nail, and smear some tomato ketchup for blood
  • Place it into a soft hot dog roll and serve!
Eerie Eyeballs
  • Cut a large mozzarella ball into smaller circles to create an eyeball
  • Stick on top a sliced olive of your choice, and then wrap around one slice of prosciutto
  • Serve on a plate for a googly great snack
A Spooky Sweet Treat
These miniature meringues are not only a great way to get the kids involved in the kitchen, but also a light sweet treat that's perfect for Halloween.
You'll need:
To make the meringues:
  • Pre-heat your oven to 120°C, and line two baking trays with greaseproof paper
  • In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, cream of tartar and salt. Use a hand or stand whisk, starting at a low speed then gradually increasing
  • As the egg whites froth, slowly add in the sugar a spoonful at a time, as well as the vanilla, while continuing to whisk the mixture until glossy and holds stiff peaks
  • Separate half of the meringue mixture into another bowl and mix in a small amount of orange food colouring. Carefully mix in the colour, being sure not to remove the air from your meringue. Repeat to reach your desired colour
  • Transfer both meringue mixes into separate piping bags. Pipe three rows of four miniature meringues on each tray
  • Bake for one hour, then turn the oven off. Allow trays to cool with the oven door closed for another hour. Remove from the oven then leave to cool completely
  • Once fully cooled, use melted white chocolate to attach googly eyes to the meringue ghosts, and use a black icing pen to create pumpkin faces on the orange meringues
