Since we introduced self-service kiosks across all JJ branches back in April, we’ve seen a fantastic response from our customers – and the numbers speak for themselves. Counter-area sales are up by a whopping 30%!
It’s been amazing to see how quickly our customers have embraced the new kiosks. Whether you're popping in for a quick top-up or doing a full shop, the kiosks make it faster and easier to grab what you need – and still benefit from our exclusive click-and-collect deals.
As Michael Dudley, our Chief Technology Officer, put it: "This result shows just how well our customers have adapted to the new tech. It’s all part of our mission to make shopping with JJ more convenient, efficient, and enjoyable."
We now have kiosks in all 12 JJ branches, and they’re helping us deliver a smoother, smarter shopping experience. It’s a big step forward in our journey to bring more innovation to foodservice – and we’re just getting started!
