We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Hotels and Pubs

JJ Foodservice is one of the UK's leading foodservice wholesalers – and we're building something new. 

We're launching a dedicated Hotels, Pubs & Contracts division, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead it from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you slot into an existing structure. You'll be shaping the strategy, building the relationships and driving our entry into the hotel, pub and school contract sector. You'll report directly to senior leadership and have the backing of a brand with serious infrastructure and buying power behind it.

 What you'll be doing

  • Leading our entry into the hotel, hospitality and education catering market
  • Building relationships with hotel groups, pub chains, schools and contract caterers
  • Negotiating high-value supply agreements across food, hygiene and consumables
  • Working closely with our regional sales, purchasing and operations teams to deliver results
  • Enfield / National (travel required). Full-time
     

Who we're looking for

You've got proven experience managing national or multi-site B2B accounts. You know the hotel, hospitality and contract catering sectors inside out. You're commercially sharp, a strong negotiator, and you see this for what it is – a major growth opportunity.
